1. How long are shipping times?

 Most products will ship within 2 days and then takes 3 to 5 business days to reach your doorstep. Please see our Shipping Policy page for details.

 

2. What's your return policy?

At Traverse Gear, customer satisfaction is our highest priority and we strive to provide and exceptional customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product we will gladly accept your return. Please send us the item with a post mark date within 14 dates of receiving your order. 3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. In this case, you will be able to return your item under our return policy.

 

4. What happens if you receive the wrong order?

If there's an issue with your order -- wrong size, wrong color, defective, otherwise not exactly what you wanted then simply notify us and we'll give you a refund.

 

5. Do you offer exchanges?
